Living Expenses in IFC Fraternities

A common question asked is, how much does it cost to live in a fraternity at Oregon State? Provided here is a table of how much it would cost to live at each IFC Fraternity during Spring Term 2007. Note, these numbers include cost of rent at the house, member dues, and meal plans.

Canceling Resident Hall Contracts

If you currently have a residence hall contract with UHDS and would like to live in a fraternity this fall please read the following:

 

  • You must contact UHDS, in writing, by submitting a letter to UHDS before August 24th, 2007 that you would like to cancel your contract.
  • The letter must be submitted by you, the contract holder, letter's written by any rush chairs on your behalf will not be accepted by UHDS.
  • Cancellation letters received after August 24th, 2007 will be charged the $6/day buy-out fee.
